Round Rock Preservation and City of Round Rock Historic Preservation Office are proud to announce that Tina Steiner, a 5th generation Round Rock native, RRISD Educator, and Round Rock Community Leader, will be the featured speaker at their quarterly Discovering History Series program, August 12, 2025, at Allen R. Baca Center, Grand Room, 301 W. Bagdad Ave., from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m.

 

Tina will bring to life the history of the Flats Neighborhood, its residents and early businesses, in New Town Round Rock.  Tina and her family have had a substantial impact on the history of Round Rock since the 1800s.
