The Texas Photography Festival presents an in depth Portrait Lighting Workshop designed for photographers who want to understand studio/strobe lighting, not just placing it.
What is covered:
• The art & aesthetics of lighting
• Pre-visualization: seeing the final image before you shoot
• Practical lighting techniques & styles
• Working with strobes, triggers & modifiers
• Controlling light: direction, contrast & falloff
• Understanding the quality of light and shaping it with intent

Hands on session included — shoot with a professional model using studio strobes
Please bring your camera & memory card (recommended).
There will be a 45 minute break for lunch. Please plan accordingly.
