The Poppy Project Art Day: Poppy Poem Collage
March 18 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

The Poppy Project is a community-based art initiative that invites people of all ages and skill levels to create and contribute poppy-inspired artwork for a special April exhibition at The Williamson Museum.
Poppies have long symbolized remembrance, resilience, and hope. Through this project, we’re exploring how those ideas connect to personal stories, shared history, and collective memory—told through art made by our community.
Participants can submit completed works to be considered for display or join us during one of our hands-on Art Project Days on March 17, 18, or 19, where we’ll provide guided poppy-themed art activities in a relaxed, creative setting. No prior art experience required—just curiosity and a willingness to create.
