September Salon: Hispanic Heritage in Williamson County

Danelle Houck, the Executive Director of The Williamson Museum in Georgetown, Texas will lead an engaging and interactive salon about Hispanic Heritage in Williamson County.  This presentation spans over 500 years of Hispanic culture and how it relates to Williamson County. Danelle has been at The Williamson Museum for 11 years and helped develop their highly used Hispanic Heritage Traveling Trunk.  Danelle has a B.A in International Affairs from Sweet Briar College and an M.A in Latin American, Caribbean, and Latino Studies from the University of South Florida, and completed a Museum Studies certificate from Northwestern University.

Salons take place the second Wednesday of every month at 6:30pm in the backroom of Wildfire, great food, great drinks, great conversation. As always, seating is available on a first come first served basis and reservations are not required.
